After the friction plates are kept stationary for a long time, they will stick together. At this time, you don't have to worry, because the friction materials in the friction plates are polymer, which contains rubber components. Especially in hot weather, the phenomenon of stickiness will occur, but it will not affect normal use.

If the friction plate in the brake is sticky, it is because the static pressure of the brake is kept for a long time, the surface is easy to be damp, or the internal air is squeezed out to form a negative pressure state, showing the sticky characteristics. The principle is similar to a plastic suction cup used for glass or wall hooks. This phenomenon is a normal phenomenon after being placed for a long time. During installation, it may need to be manually released (generally, the motor can be opened after starting), which will fall off under a very small torque. Secondly, after the motor runs in, this phenomenon will disappear. Or gently knock them off. In the normal use of the motor, because the static pressure time is short, and the sticky components on the surface that have been rubbed during the use will produce a more stable hardening layer through thermal reaction, the friction plate will not stick.
